Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

We aim to keep our booking terms simple and transparent, so you know exactly where you stand when planning your stay with us.

 

Securing Your Booking

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • This deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

If You Need to Cancel

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve kept our policy as clear as possible:

More than 30 days before arrival

  • You can cancel your booking, however the 25% deposit will be retained.

Within 30 days of arrival

  • At this stage, your booking is non-refundable.

  • This is because your dates have been held and are unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.

Peak Season Bookings

  • For peak travel periods, all bookings become fully non-refundable for departures between 1 November and 30 January.

  • This helps us manage high-demand periods and ensure fairness for both guests and property owners.

Changes to Your Booking

  • If you’d like to change your travel dates, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may involve rate adjustments.

No Shows & Early Departures

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for no shows or early check-outs.

Travel Insurance

  • We highly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

These Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policies may be amended at any time and may apply to existing bookings, future bookings, and any changes made to a booking.

By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms. Our goal is to keep things fair and straightforward for everyone, while ensuring we can continue to offer great properties and experiences.
