Alloggio Gift Cards
Give the gift of a stay
An Alloggio Gift Card is a simple way to give someone time away.
Gift Cards can be used towards eligible accommodation and participating Alloggio experiences, subject to availability and the booking conditions that apply to the selected stay.
How it works
1. Purchase a Gift Card
Choose the value of your Gift Card and purchase it online or through an approved Alloggio channel.
2. Give it to someone special
Gift Cards may be given to another person unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
3. Redeem when ready
Use the Gift Card towards an eligible booking before the expiry date.
Where can it be used?
Unless otherwise stated when purchased, Alloggio Gift Cards may be redeemed towards eligible accommodation or services offered by participating Alloggio accommodation brands.
Bookings remain subject to:
availability
the applicable accommodation rate
minimum stay requirements
property-specific conditions
blackout dates, where disclosed
the booking terms and cancellation conditions applying to the reservation.
Gift Card validity
Alloggio Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless a longer validity period is stated on the Gift Card.
The issue date and expiry date, or information allowing the expiry date to be determined, will be shown on the Gift Card.
Once the expiry date has passed, any unused balance may no longer be available for redemption, except where required by law.
Using your Gift Card
When making a booking, you will need to provide your Gift Card number or redemption code.
You may also be asked for reasonable information to verify the Gift Card.
The Gift Card must be valid when the booking is made.
If your booking costs more than the Gift Card
If the total booking price is greater than the available Gift Card value, you can pay the difference using an accepted payment method.
Normal booking and payment terms will apply to the remaining amount.
If your booking costs less than the Gift Card
Where the Gift Card supports multiple redemptions, any unused balance will remain available until the Gift Card expires.
Unused balances are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Fees
We do not charge activation, account-keeping, balance enquiry or inactivity fees that reduce the value of your Gift Card.
Normal booking or service fees may apply to a reservation where those fees apply independently of the payment method used.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel or change a booking made using a Gift Card, the cancellation and refund conditions applying to that reservation will apply.
Where a refund is due for an amount paid using a Gift Card, the amount may be returned to the original Gift Card, a replacement Gift Card or another appropriate method, subject to applicable law.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards
Please treat your Gift Card carefully.
If it is lost, stolen or damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
Where we can reasonably verify the original purchase, Gift Card details and remaining balance, and confirm that the value has not already been used, we may be able to issue a replacement.
Transfers and resale
Gift Cards may be given to another person unless otherwise stated.
Gift Cards must not be resold or used for unauthorised commercial, promotional or fraudulent purposes.
Promotions and special offers
Some promotions or discounts may have their own conditions regarding the use of Gift Cards.
Any restriction will be disclosed in the terms of the relevant promotion or booking offer.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Trova platform services
Where Trova Pty Ltd provides booking, platform, payment and settlement administration or related services in connection with a Gift Card redemption, those services are subject to the applicable Trova terms.
