HomeShield by Alloggio – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the rental of linen, towels, and associated items (“Products”) by Agile Maintenance Pty Ltd – ABN 63 624 279 652 trading as HomeShield by Alloggio or HomeShield (“The Company”) to homeowners, and other customers (“Customer”). By entering into this agreement, the Customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. 

 

2. Definitions

  • Client / Owner: The individual or entity subscribing to HomeShield services.

  • Services: The care and monitoring packages (Premium or Deluxe or Platium) offered under HomeShield.

  • Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, plus any relevant marketing materials and the Service Summary.

 

3. Scope of Services

Alloggio will deliver the services as described on the HomeShield page (including property checks, coordination of contractors, monthly reporting, etc.). Additional details or exclusions are as specified in the Service Summary.

 

4. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are as advertised, payable monthly or via agreed alternative arrangements. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • All charges are in AUD. Clients are responsible for paying any applicable GST.

  • Late or missed payments may incur interest as per statutory limits.

 

5. No Lock-In & Cancellation

  • HomeShield is provided on a rolling monthly basis with no lock-in.

  • Clients may cancel at any time with at least 30 days’ written notice.

  • If services have not commenced, a pro-rata refund may apply.

 

6. Owner Obligations

  • Owners must ensure accurate information is provided regarding the property.

  • Necessary access, keys, and approvals should be arranged promptly.

  • The property must remain appropriately insured.

These responsibilities help Alloggio deliver services effectively.

 

7. Monthly Reports

  • Alloggio will issue a templated owner report including photographs, inspection summaries, and any identified concerns or actions undertaken.

 

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Service is provided “as is.” Alloggio does not guarantee issue prevention or complete problem avoidance.

  • Alloggio’s liability for any claim, whether contract, negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

  • Alloggio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

9. Indemnity

Clients indemnify Alloggio and its representatives against any loss, damage, claim, or expense (including legal costs) arising from:

  • The property’s condition or circumstances beyond Alloggio’s control.

  • Client’s failure to uphold obligations or provide accurate information.

 

10. Termination Rights

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

  • On termination, Alloggio’s responsibilities conclude after completion of any scheduled services during that period.

 

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client and property data will be handled in accordance with Alloggio’s Privacy Policy.

  • Confidential information will not be disclosed unless required by law.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes should be raised promptly in writing.

  • If unresolved amicably, both parties agree to attempt mediation prior to pursuing legal action.

 

13. Amendments

Alloggio may update Terms & Conditions. Notice will be provided via email or the website, and changes become effective 30 days after notification.

 

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the relevant Australian state or territory or New Zealand applicable to the Client’s property. Parties submit to that jurisdiction.
