1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Alloggio Holidays, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter
To enter an Alloggio Holidays Social Promo Giveaway, participants must complete the following actions:

  1. Follow Alloggio Holidays on both Facebook and Instagram.

  2. Like the giveaway post on either Facebook or Instagram.

  3. Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post (each additional tag counts as another entry).

  4. Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Stories or Facebook feed and tag @AlloggioHolidaysfor an extra chance to win.

Entries must be submitted between dates shown on giveaway details. Participants may enter once per platform (Facebook and Instagram). Additional tags and sharing the post to your story or feed will increase the chances of winning.

  • All entries must be received during the promotional period. Entries received after the advertised promotion closed date will not be eligible.

4. Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be selected randomly through a draw. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Facebook or Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner will be selected. The winner will also be announced publicly on Alloggio Holidays’ Facebook and Instagram pages.

5. Prize Details
The winner will receive the prize described in the giveaway advertising materials.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The prize is valid for use with Alloggio Holidays only and is subject to availability.

  • For any difference in booking value normal payment terms apply.

  • The winner must book their stay directly with Alloggio Holidays to redeem the prize.

6. Restrictions and Value Difference
All prizes are subject to availability. Any difference in value between the giveaway prize and the winner's stay is to be paid within Alloggio's normal payment terms.

7. How to Claim the Prize
The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of being contacted. After confirmation, the winner will receive instructions on how to redeem their prize with Alloggio Holidays.

8. General Conditions
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions. All entries must comply with the rules and guidelines set by Alloggio Holidays. Alloggio Holidays reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the requirements or is suspected of being fraudulent.

9. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes by Alloggio Holidays. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of QueenslandAustralia.Any disputes arising in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland Australia.
