Alloggio Management manages short term accommodation bookings at properties as agent on behalf of the owners or other persons in legal control of those properties (“the Property or Properties”)

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) together with our Privacy Policy  govern the relationship between Alloggio Management and any individual who uses this website or utilises our accommodation services (other than the owners of the Properties), including but not limited to an individual who makes a booking at one of our Properties and each person named or travelling on that booking (each a “Guest” or “you”).

In the event that specific terms within the brand's terms and conditions do not reference the master/source terms and conditions as the basis, it should be understood that the master/source terms remain the overarching framework for all terms and conditions related to our services.

Guests are granted a licence to occupy the Property for the booking dates. Guests are not granted a residential tenancy agreement under any residential tenancy legislation.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Alloggio Management and the Guest. You acknowledge that you agree to and are subject to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons named or otherwise travelling on your booking. Individual brands controlled by Alloggio Management Pty Ltd may have additional terms and conditions (secondary to these terms & conditions) as outlined within this website and need to read and adhered to in conjunction with the overall Alloggio Management Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions.

The conditions that are outlined for “Holiday Coffs Coast” are nuanced to supersede those that are generic within Alloggio Management Holiday’s page within the Trova Website.

Booking Payments

Upon booking, we will charge your credit card a 25% deposit. This payment is required at time of booking. If we do not receive payment, we will assume you do not wish to continue your booking and it will be cancelled. The balance of payment for your accommodation is due 30 days prior to arrival, you will be set up for automated payments so you can kick back and relax! Don’t worry, we will advise you by email before the due date in case anything has changed. 

For direct bookings with Alloggio Management the credit card used to pay your deposit will be saved (via SecurePay, CBA or similar licenced e-merchant provider) and used to process any balance payment owing on the date that this balance is due. You will receive a reminder email seven days prior to your card being charged. This saved card is also used as security during your stay (there is no money held or taken from the card and we would contact you if there were any damage or excess cleaning charges resulting from your stay).

There is a transaction fee on all transactions, incur a fee of 2% of the total transaction value and is non-refundable. this transaction covers all fees incurred from once the reservation is made that relate to disbursement of the funds to the many different parties that have a role to play fulfilment of the reservation(s).The following are examples of the many elements of the transactional journey include but not limited to: Gateway processing fees, e-merchant fees, administration coordination fees, recolication administration fees etc.

All bookings are inclusive of guest service fees that may include: booking fee, code of conduct administration fee, distribution and pricing optimisation fees, initial starter packs, linen and vendor administration fees, alloggio assisted and 3rd party technology fees, online travel agent commissions, distribution and channel manager fees, incidental damage fee etc. these fees can change without notice. Each fee can be a set fee incorporated within the reservations or can be a percentage calculation of the reservation or a blending of these two dissimilar options.

All bookings can attract further charges for outside of the normal terms and conditions as outlined on this website. These extras charges are for further services such as: firewood and the delivery of; organising, managing, pre-inspection, team travel times prior and during your arrival; extra linen, extra beds & bed makes; conducting any of these services on weekends and or public holidays.

Cancellation Policy 2023

At Holiday Coffs Coast, we understand the uncertainty of travelling during this time and we are here to help you make a confident decision when booking with us. If your reservation requires cancellation at anytime, we offer FREE cancellation and 100% refund guarantee less booking fee of $88 and transaction fee of 2%, right up until 5 days before your arrival. We can also offer to postpone your booking completely free of charge as many times as you like, outside of 5 days before you arrive. Don’t worry – we will take care of you. Arrivals & Departures

The premises are let to you only for the period stated on your booking confirmation and the number of occupants must not exceed the number stated. The premises are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and full payment is required before keys will be handed out. Properties must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and left in a clean and tidy manner. Breaches to these terms and conditions or failure to vacate on time will incur an additional charge. Please return all keys after vacating your accommodation as requested in your departure email. In the event of an early departure, there is no refund available.


Lost Keys/Lock Out

Please contact our office during office hours if you are locked out and we can assist you free of charge. If you require a duplicate set of keys after hours, a $110 callout fee is applicable upon delivery/collection.  Please call the office on 02 6658 1117 and listen for the after-hours emergency line.

Emergencies

For serious accidents or life-threatening emergencies, please call ‘000

Our emergency after-hours number for holiday property is 02 6658 1117. Emergencies are considered:

·       Power Outage

·       No Hot Water

·       Water Leaks

·       After hours Lock Outs

·       Wet Mattress

Extra fees may apply for after-hours callouts that are non-emergencies.

Cleanliness and Damages

Our housekeepers do not remove garbage or wash dishes for guests so please ensure that all garbage is removed from your holiday property and placed in the council bins provided. All properties are to be left in a clean and tidy manner upon vacating. Please wash all dishes and put away prior to departure and ensure BBQs are left clean and tidy. Failure to do so will incur an additional charge.  Please do not hesitate to contact the office if there are any cleaning issues on arrival.

Bin Collection

Please click here to find out what day is your collection day. When bins are full please place on curb opening to the road. Red and yellow bins are taken on alternate weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact the office if an additional pickup is required.

Gas Bottles

If the gas bottle is empty or you run out, please find your nearest SWAP & GO centre here. Please keep your receipt and we will arrange reimbursement.

Additional Terms and Conditions   

·       No pets are permitted on the premises (unless given prior authority, (see Pet Policy) Additional cleaning charges, as well as professional flea treatment, will be charged to guests upon finding that pets have been staying on the premises.

·       Strictly no smoking within the premises.

·       Parking is only available in the allocated parking space for your accommodation.

·       Soliciting from the premises is strictly prohibited.

·       Bed linen and towels are supplied at all of our properties! Feel free to bring along your beach towels for use around the pool or at the beach.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation (Pet Policy)

What you need to know. 

Here at Holiday Coffs Coast, we understand the importance of having your furry best friend with you at your holiday destination. After all – they deserve a holiday too! To ensure that we accommodate for all other guests after your stay, please take a moment to read and agree to the pet policy we have in place at each of our pet-friendly properties.  

·       Pets must have current vaccination and must be free of fleas

·       Please bring a brush to keep your pet free of extra hair 

·       Pets are allowed in the house in the living areas, but please keep them off any carpet wherever possible

·       Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any of the furniture 

·       Do not leave your pet alone when you go out. Please take them with you

·       Do not leave your pet to bark continuously or chase our precious wildlife

·       Kindly clean up your pet’s droppings in the yard or on the beach 

·       Please wash or brush sand off your pets before they enter the holiday home

·       Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the properties are secure for your pet, we will not be liable for any of your pet’s Houdini skills 

·       Any extra cleaning costs or damages incurred during your stay will be liable to you and may incur extra charges, in addition to your initial pet fee. 

Please bring your pet’s favourite bed along with their food and water bowl during your stay. This will make them feel like it’s their home away from home, and ensure they have the right things with them for their holiday. Don’t forget to take them with you. We do know that despite your best efforts – accidents do happen! If your pet accidentally relieves itself on the carpet, please let us know immediately so that we can arrange for it to be cleaned properly.
